For Coopfidi we have developed a long and deep internal training program “made to measure”, designed and defined through an in-depth analysis of the needs and objectives, in a path that -starting from the analysis of the new scenarios’ evolutions in which businesses act- reached managing and procedural aspects and the rethinking of the provided services.
Elements of communication, circular design, relational design and development of personal
skills have been included in a particular, atypical team building project, in a series of meetings
through a long three-year period by Marco Tortoioli Ricci and Nicola Cappelletti.
